Some vocabulary used in the answers:
Guesstimate– informal word crossing ‘guess’ and ‘estimate’; an educated guess
Cardio– exercise that gets your heart racing and your body sweating
Passive exercise– slower movements, such as some forms of yoga (This is subjective– I view it as passive, but others don’t!)
