Some people believe it is better to live and work in a vertical city, with multiple tall buildings, as compared to a horizontal city, with fewer tall buildings.
This is a really difficult question to deal with in 40 minutes.
That’s why it is extremely helpful to have templates going in, so you have more brain power to come up with ideas for challenging questions.

She remembers being on the West coast, and finding the wide-open spaces more relaxing, with the views of nature.
Urban jungles would not afford this to residents.
Because you’re adults and have a life of experiences behind you, you are coming into the exam with a great deal of ideas and examples already!
You could turn a simple personal example into something more formal, for instance:
Instead of saying:
I can’t see the sky if I live among a lot of skyscrapers.

You can write:
To the detriment of any urban jungle resident, they cannot see the blue of the sky nor the green of the trees.
Don’t waste your brainstorming or writing time by trying to come up with ‘perfect‘ ideas. You don’t have time!
Note down the first idea/example that comes to mind, no matter how simple.
Finishing your essay on time, using high-level vocabulary, and organizing your ideas with excellent transition phrases are all way more important to your score than coming up with academic ideas.
