- “If I had to answer that question, I would say dog shows. I would imagine that dog shows are the type of situation in which the dog is primed, and raised, literally, to be the the prize winner for the family. Possibly even the family’s incomes are reliant on this animal. Maybe even the dog is abused or forcefully handled to perform in these ridiculous shows, having to be subjected to things like their fur done in a certain way or having to wear weird bows, just not being allowed to be an animal.”
