Thank you to subscriber Ezz Rehap for this question!
This student said that on his last IELTS Exam, he was given this Part 2 cue card:
Describe a toy that changed your life dramatically.
This is definitely an odd and challenging Speaking Part 2 question.
My advice is to work backwards.
It may be tough to isolate just one toy, so think of something you were passionate about when you were younger, and talk about the object that sparked that interest.

You can make up the toy/object as well.
Also, you can think outside of the box here.
For instance, if you loved soccer, talk about a soccer ball. For the artist, discuss your first art set. If you were a reader, describe the first book you loved. Or, maybe you loved video games. Talk about your first game console, and describe your favorite game in detail.
You can wander a bit off topic in Speaking Part 2, and you won’t lose marks.
As long as you directly explain to the examiner why you are discussing this object and not a conventional toy, you won’t be marked down.
And, you’ll have more to say!
