So I said, “I am so happy for you” to congratulate her pregnancy. I couldn’t think of any expression other than that. So my question is–Can you give me better expressions or phrases to congratulate people on their milestones like wedding, baby shower and graduation other than “I am happy for you”?

So in the example above, the friend’s baby is a rainbow baby because she had lost a previous baby through miscarriage, so this is her rainbow.
