- “Yes that’s perfect.”
- “That should work.”
- “Great that sounds good.”
- “No that won’t work.”
- “Unfortunately I’m not available then. Is there another opening anytime near then?”
- “That’s no good. How about next month?”
How to say you’re not sure if a time works:
- “Oh that may work. Let me check my schedule and call you back.”
- “That’s a possibility. Can we book that for now and then I’ll call to change it if I need to?”
