TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the All Ears English Speaking mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

All Ears English Speaking is a language learning application designed to help users improve English communication skills through:

  • Conversation practice 
  • AI-powered interactions 
  • Feedback on speaking performance 

The App is provided for educational purposes only.

3. Subscription & Billing

3.1 Subscription Access

Some features of the App require a paid subscription.

3.2 Payment

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. 
  • Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. 

3.3 Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. 
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. 

3.4 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions 
  • Android: Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions 

3.5 Refunds

  • All payments are processed through Apple or Google. 
  • Refunds are subject to their respective policies. 
  • We do not issue refunds directly. 

4. Free Trials (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered:

  • It will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. 
  • You may cancel at any time before the end of the trial period to avoid charges. 

5. AI Features Disclaimer

The App includes AI-powered features for conversation and feedback.

By using these features, you acknowledge:

  • AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. 
  • AI content is provided for educational and practice purposes only. 
  • We do not guarantee correctness or reliability of AI-generated responses. 

6. No Guarantee of Results

The App is designed to support language learning. However:

  • We do not guarantee fluency, proficiency, or specific results. 
  • Progress depends on individual effort, usage, and external factors. 

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App for lawful purposes only 
  • Provide accurate account information 
  • Maintain the security of your account 

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the App 
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission 
  • Use the App in a way that violates any laws or regulations 

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to:

  • Audio 
  • Text 
  • Lessons 
  • Branding 
  • Design 

is the property of All Ears English, LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Availability of Service

We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will be available at all times 
  • The App will be free from errors or interruptions 

We may:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time 
  • Update the App without prior notice 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

All Ears English, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages 
  • Loss of data, profits, or opportunities 
  • Errors or inaccuracies in content or AI responses 

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

 

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you:

  • Violate these Terms 
  • Engage in misuse or abuse of the platform 

 

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

 

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of:
